Getting Started

Thank you for considering Pegasus Social Services to meet your in-home care needs. We start with a phone call for an initial assessment to determine if we will be a good match for you or your loved one.

Following the phone call, we schedule an in-person assessment. During the assessment, we will review the client’s care needs, likes and dislikes, daily schedule, diet, medications and more.

As we follow state laws, we will have paperwork to sign, including financial agreements and disclosure statements.

Once we have paperwork signed and the assessment complete, we can begin providing care.
