Caregiver/CNA

Pegasus is seeking truly caring and dedicated Caregivers or Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

We hire at a competitive starting wage, with higher wages for CNAs and those with college degrees. We are offering on-call, part-time, and full-time positions. Pegasus offers health benefits and paid time off after a 90-day probationary period. Merit-based raise available at 90 days and annually as well.

Care Associate

Pegasus is seeking care associates to escort clients on medical and recreational outings.  This is not a taxi service but a position where you stay with the client and take notes at medical appointments or help them socialize in the community.

We are looking for candidates who have a heart for seniors and vulnerable adults, and enjoy being around them.

We start at a competitive wage with regular increases at 90 days and annually. Pegasus offers health benefits and paid time off after a 90-day probationary period. Position is part-time to full-time with opportunity for growth within the company.

Registered Nurse

Pegasus holds a Comprehensive License from Oregon for in home care services.  The Registered Nurse will assist with competency assessments of caregivers to provide care and administer medications, perform initial and 90 day evaluations of clients and service plans, and perform other nursing tasks.  This position is part time with flexible hours.

Care Manager

Aging Life Care Manager, Geriatric Case Manager, Care Coordinator – this position is known by a variety of names but the job duties are basically the same.  Pegasus Care Managers are responsible for coordinating medical appointments, researching and accessing resources, assessing and creating care plans – all with the goal of the highest quality of life possible for the client. Our care managers start out part time and as new clients sign up for service, increase their case load.  Hours are flexible.
