Cy Osborne – Founder
Cy Osborne received his bachelor’s degree in business management/finance from Concordia University and is certified in Omega Finance. Prior to his interest in business and finance, Cy worked as a firefighter/paramedic for the Portland Fire Department for 11 years. His background in medical training and crisis intervention are invaluable when out in the field working with clients. Cy has completed the Washington State Professional Guardianship Training program and the Oregon Guardianship training program and served as professional guardian from 2011 until 2015. Cy retired in 2022 and sold Pegasus Social Services to Fedelta Home Care, based in Seattle Washington.
Niki Tucker – Managing Director
Nik has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work and has worked in the field of social work since 1990. She has worked with children and families, and since 2003 has focused on providing care management to seniors and vulnerable adults. She became Managing Director of Pegasus in 2014. Niki is licensed through the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers (#M6219). She is a certified care manager through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers as well as a member of the Aging Life Care Association. She completed the Washington State Professional Guardianship Training program and the Oregon Guardianship training program and served as a professional guardian from 2011 until 2015.
Carolyn Waldrup – Operations Director
Carolyn started working for Pegasus in September 2012 as an accounting assistant and has worked her way up to Operations Director. As the Operations Director she oversees both the Accounting Department and Human Resources. She has 20 years of experience in banking and has a multitude of certificates in Quickbooks, commercial finance, and sales as well as licenses in insurance and investments. She also serves as a much-needed notary for Pegasus.
Anita Younger – In-Home Care Manager
Anita began working for Pegasus in November 2022. She started in the healthcare field in 2015. Anita’s experience ranges from managing a group home for adults with mental and physical disabilities to being a Resident Care Coordinator in Memory Care/Assisted Living Communities. Anita has also worked as a Caregiver/Med Tech and a Staffing Coordinator. Prior to starting in the healthcare field, Anita owned and operated a state certified and licensed Daycare Center for 12 years.
Anna Culy – In-Home Care Supervisor
Anna has been a caregiver since 2004 and began working for Pegasus in 2014. After displaying a great work ethic and dedication to her clients, she was promoted to In-Home Care Supervisor in 2016. She has completed her training as a CNA. The clients and guardians are very appreciative of her commitment to her job.
Jenny Gardner – In-Home Care Supervisor
Jenny began working for Pegasus in January 2015 after working for Montessori schools for three years as an assistant teacher. She started with Pegasus as a caregiver and after one year, was promoted to scheduler and then to In-Home Supervisor. A CNA, Jenny has proven to be a great resource and support for our clients who rely on her hard work ethic and dedication.
Rhonda Murphy – In-Home Care Supervisor
Rhonda started at Pegasus in 2015. After 7 great years as an extremely awesome caregiver, she has taken on the new challenge of being an In Home Care Supervisor. With her experience as a caregiver and long history with Pegasus, she is a valuable asset to the Pegasus team.
Deb Hubbell – Scheduling Supervisor
Deb has been with Pegasus since February 2016. Initially starting out as a care associate working in escorting and caregiving, she has worn many hats within the agency and is passionate about working with the Pegasus team to make the “client first.” Deb currently runs our Scheduling department and makes sure caregivers know where they are to be and when they are to be there. In addition, Deb is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has worked herself with many of our clients.
Sue Pigott – Registered Nurse
Sue was hired in January 2015 as our Registered Nurse. Sue got her nursing degree from Columbia County Community College in Maryland. She came to Pegasus with over 27 years of experience in multiple nursing fields including ER (two years), OR manager (10 years), PACU, dialysis, endoscopy, hospice case manager (six years), hospice supervisor (one year) and facility RN (three years). She states she loves working for Pegasus and is glad to be back in direct patient care.
Madison Morrow – Registered Nurse
Madison joined Pegasus in May 2022 to help out our full time nurse. Employed full time as a School nurse, Madison keeps very busy, and we are happy to have her as part of the team here at Pegasus.
Tania Munoz – Human Resources Coordinator
Tania has been with Pegasus since October 2018, initially starting as a scheduler. Tania is currently our Human Resources Assistant and came to us with six years’ experience in medical interpreting, recruitment and scheduling in the healthcare field. She states she is honored to work for Pegasus and help make a difference in our clients’ lives.
Jenna Tucker – Human Resources Assistant
Jenna has worked for Pegasus off and on since 2015, helping out in the office or working as a CNA providing direct care to our clients. In May 2022 she came on board to help out with Human Resources while also attending college.
Angela Winters – Weekend Scheduler
Angela recently joined the Pegasus team as our weekend Scheduler.
Jimmy Tucker – Office Assistant
Jimmy has worked off and on for Pegasus since 2008 between school breaks, returning to Pegasus permanently in fall 2019. He has served in a multitude of roles: narrative reader, care associate, and currently wears many hats as backup scheduler, support supervisor assistant, and office assistant. He has a degree in business and one in theological studies and has been a welcome asset to the Pegasus team.
